Shipping policy
When you place an order it does NOT mean its going to be shipped inmediately. All orders will ship on Mondays the following week of ordering or Tuesday if Monday falls on a holiday.
You will receive a tracking number to the email provided at the moment of purchase.
Azucarado is not responsible for delays in USPS office due to high volume they present according to season or any other issues internally.
Is your responsibility to correctly spell the address in which the order will be shipped.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address.
We are also not responsible for lost packages even if they appear as delivered.
Shipping charges will NOT be refunded for products returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, for closed location or denied access to the delivery site.
The cost of shipping is based on charges established by USPS, and this may vary according to weight and distance.
By placing the order, I understand that the shipment of that week menu will take 7-9 processing days plus 3-4 days by shipping company.
